Occupational Therapy assessments and interventions aim to identify, develop and adapt a person's skills in the areas of their daily occupation and activity. These include self care and relationships at home, at work and in recreation.
Feldenkarais Method is a unique form of body-mind education that promotes self awareness using movement as the basis of learning.

Lea Kewish - Director
Lea is a qualified accredited Occupational Therapist, Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner, Clinical Hypnotherapist, qualified teacher and trainer in Occupational Health and Safety. She has been an adult educator for 25 years. Lea lectures at several University Faculties of Health Sciences and teaches at CAE and TAFE. Lea offers individual sessions and group classes on a weekly basis.
Health & Education classes include :
- Regular Awareness Through Movement Classes
- Occasional groups are held in specialty areas such as pelvic floor management skills, relaxation and self hypnosis
- Meditation Classes
Services can be provided under :
- Medicare with referral from your doctor
- Workcover
- Veteran's Affairs
- The costs of the services are reasonable and negotiable where necessary
- Health fund rebates from many funds will apply for people on super extras. Please enquire with your health fund
